3800 Series II Mount and Bracket Kit (AUTO)

The West Coast Fiero 3800 Series II Mount and Bracket Kit (AUTO) includes all the pieces needed to bolt  your new 3800 Series II engine along with your 3800 automatic transmission into your Fiero.

The kit includes:

Right and left transmission mounts and brackets

3800 Waterfill Thermostat Housing

The WCF 3800 Waterfill Thermostat Housing is new, deigned and manufactured in house. New cap is included with WCF 3800 Waterfill Thermostat Housing.

Nylon Fuel Lines With Quick Disconnects

The West Coast Fiero Nylon Fuel Lines With Quick Disconnects  ares custome designed to work with your GM engine conversions. Steel tubular fuel filter connections, fuel rail connections, and fuel line are included with the kit.

These fuel lines will fit the stock GM quick-disconnect fuel fittings, if you have them on your engine.

We can supply the quick-disconnect fittings to your fuel rail if you do not have them on your fuel rail.

This system is way safer than hose clamps on rubber hoses for your fuel system. It is a must to keep the nylon fuel tubing away from any exhaust components or other high heat sources.

Hi-Flo Fuel Pump

The WCF Hi-Flo Fuel Pump is a necessary addition when converting your Fiero to a high output engine. The stock Fiero fuel pump produces 50 PSI pressure and delivers 16 gallons of fuel per hour. The high flow fuel pump produces 51 PSI and delivers 24 gallons of fuel per hour. The ultra-high flow fuel pump produces 51 PSI and delivers 50 gallons of fuel per hour. This 50% increase in delivery capacity will prevent your engine from starving during high fuel demand situations.

The West Coast Fiero 3800 Supercharged Series II Cold Air Intake System is the finest custom Cold Air Intake System for your 3800 supercharged V6 Fiero. It is made out of 3", 16 gauge Steel, matching the air intake diameter of your throttle body, and is designed to accept the stock Fiero 2.8 Air Temperature Sensor. The Air Cleaner is positioned in the fender well, just behind the air scoop. Unit is shipped raw steel, ready for paint, with a performance air filter.

Custom 4T60-E, 4T65-E, 4T65-EHD Axles

The West Coast Fiero Custom 4T60-E, 4T65-E, 4T65-EHD Axles are made to adapt the Fiero spindles to the General Motors automatic transmissions.  The 440 and 460 transmissions can come with a 34 spline or 36 spline driver's side transmission output shaft, You will have to count the splines so we can send you the correct inboard joint. The axle's are heavy-duty, made of 1045 shafting material with rolled splines.

Custom 440-T4 and 4T60 Axles

The West Coast Fiero Custom 440-T4 and 4T60 Axles are made to adapt the Fiero spindles to the 440-T4 and 4T60 General Motors automatic transmissions. They are heavy-duty, 32-spline axle-assemblies made of 1045 shafting material with rolled splines.

A/C Lines for Conversions

The WCF A/C lines for Conversions for your Fiero. These are completely customizable and come with weld-on fittings. Assembly required.

The picture is only a representation of the product. The tools  needed to install  the fittings is a flaring tool.  This tool you can get on loan at most auto parts stores. The compressor fittings need to be to be welded to your A/C 3800 connector. You will need to cut the Fiero hoses off the fitting at the Fiero connector and flair the connector or cut the lines at the fuel tank and flair the tubes at that point, if you are using the WCF headers. Stainless Cat-Back Exhaust System

The West Coast Fiero Stainless Cat-Back Exhaust System is constructed of 16 gauge steel and has higher flow capabilities. It has an aggressive sound compared to the stock 1-7/8" stock Fiero system without being excessively loud. System is shipped unpainted, raw metal. This is an extremely high performance exhaust system following the routing of the stock exhaust system. All of our exhaust systems are custom built to your specifications.

3800 Series II & III Headers

The West Coast Fiero 3800 Series II & III Headers and "Y" pipe are designed to fit a 3800 Buick engine that has been retrofit into a Fiero. This places the exhaust outlet in the same area as the stock Fiero exhaust. Standard headers are 16-guage,1-1/2" primary with 3/8" thick flanges.  The "Y" pipe is made of 2", 16 gauge tubing and is connected to the 2-1/2" "Y" pipe collector with a 2-1/2" 3 bolt flange or marmon clamp. Performance headers are 1-5/8" primary 16 gauge head pipes with 3/8" thick flanges. The "Y" pipe is made of 2-1/4", 16 gauge tubing and is connected to the 3" "Y" pipe collector with a 3" 3 bolt flange or marmon clamps. The 3800 Series II & III Headers are constructed with mandrel bent tubing and TIG welded throughout available in 1018 steel or 304 stainless steel . WCF headers will give your 3800 Buick engine significant torque increases in the 1500 to 5500 rpm range.This Header System ships as raw metal. They may be painted with high-temperature paint by installer. WCF may also ceramic coat the headers with an additional cost. Includes header bolts for installation.

12" Corvette Brake Kit

In the 12" Corvette Brake Kit, We incorporate the real Corvette 12 inch rotors and front double piston calipers into a brake package for the Fiero that is surpassed by none.

Battery Relocation Kit

The West Coast Fiero Battery Relocation Kit is a custom made battery box that fits snugly under the spare tire in the front compartment, leaving the entire battery area in the engine compartment free and clear for ignition electronics. Inside dimension is 10-1/8" to accommodate stock and 'Optima' style battery.

The 3800 Series II Automatic With AC Full Install Kit includes engine mounts and brackets that allow the engine to bolt directly into the Fiero with the 3800 T465 or your manual transmission. However, it’s important to note that using the Fiero 125 automatic is not recommended as it is not capable of supporting the additional horsepower and torque of the 3800 engine.
