A/C Lines for Conversions

The WCF A/C lines are designed specifically for conversions for your Fiero. These lines are not just off-the-shelf products; they are completely customizable to suit your specific needs and requirements. They come with weld-on fittings, which means you have the flexibility to adjust and modify the fittings as per your project’s requirements. However, please note that assembly is required after you receive these lines.

To install the fittings on these A/C lines, you will need a specific tool known as a flaring tool. This tool is essential for expanding the end of a tube to allow a secure connection with the fitting. If you don’t already own a flaring tool, don’t worry. Most auto parts stores offer a loaner tool program where you can borrow the tool for a certain period.

The compressor fittings on these A/C lines need to be welded to your A/C 3800 connector. This process ensures a secure and leak-free connection between the A/C lines and the compressor.

If you are using the WCF headers, you will need to cut the Fiero hoses off the fitting at the Fiero connector and flare the connector. Alternatively, you can cut the lines at the fuel tank and flare the tubes at that point. Please note that the Fiero connector won’t go around the down pipe due to space constraints.
