3800 Series II & III Headers

The West Coast Fiero 3800 Series II & III Headers and “Y” pipe we offer are specifically engineered to accommodate a 3800 Buick engine that has been retrofitted into a Fiero. This design ensures that the exhaust outlet is conveniently located in the same area as the original Fiero exhaust.

Our standard headers are constructed from 16-gauge material, featuring 1-1/2″ primaries and 3/8″ thick flanges. The accompanying “Y” pipe is fabricated from 2″, 16-gauge tubing and connects to the 2-1/2″ “Y” pipe collector via a 2-1/2″ 3-bolt flange or a marmon clamp.

For those seeking enhanced performance, we offer headers with 1-5/8″ primary 16-gauge head pipes and 3/8″ thick flanges. The “Y” pipe for this setup is made of 2-1/4″, 16-gauge tubing and connects to the 3″ “Y” pipe collector with a 3″ 3-bolt flange or marmon clamps.

All headers are meticulously constructed with mandrel-bent tubing and TIG welded throughout. They are available in either 1018 steel or 304 stainless steel. Our WCF headers are designed to provide your 3800 Buick engine with significant torque increases in the 1500 to 5500 rpm range.

Please note that our Header System is shipped as raw metal. Installers may choose to apply high-temperature paint for added protection and aesthetics. Additionally, WCF offers a ceramic coating service for the headers at an extra cost. The package includes header bolts for installation.
