3.4 Twin Dual Cam Headers

The West Coast Fiero 3.4 Twin Dual Cam Headers are a high-quality product designed for optimal performance. They are constructed from 3/4″ stainless steel, a material known for its durability and resistance to corrosion, ensuring a long-lasting and reliable performance.

The design includes a “Y” pipe that terminates in approximately the same location as the stock 2.8 “Y” pipe. This strategic placement allows for the use of a catalytic converter and a proper muffler, which together can produce a mellow exhaust tone. This feature is particularly beneficial for those who prefer a quieter ride.

Moreover, this design enables the use of our 2 1/2″ Cat-Back exhaust system. This system is specifically designed to match the flow necessary for your high output 3.4 TDC engine. By ensuring a match between the exhaust system and the engine’s output, we can optimize the performance and efficiency of your vehicle.

The “Y” pipe comes shipped with 3-bolt flanges. These flanges are designed to mate with your existing exhaust manifold and a 2-1/2″ 3-bolt flange to mate with a 2-1/2″ down pipe. This ensures a secure and tight fit, reducing the risk of leaks and improving the overall performance of the exhaust system.

The “Y” pipe is constructed of 2 1/4  16 gauge mandrel bent steel or  stainless steel tubing. This construction ensures durability and resistance to wear and tear, further enhancing the longevity of the product.

Finally, this “Y” pipe is designed to fit both the early square port and later rectangular port TDC’s. This compatibility ensures that the product can be used with a wide range of engines, making it a versatile choice for many vehicle owners.
