Terms & Conditions and Cancellations 

Custom Order Agreement

  1. West Coast Fiero Parts will not accept any return without an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
  2. RA numbers are good for 15 days from issuing date.
  3. All  cancellations will apply a 50% restocking fee up to 10 days from the day of purchase , ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL AFTER 10 DAYS; and WILL ONLY PROVIDE STORE CREDIT.
  4. You MUST phone in to cancel orders placed on the same day, and must be canceled before 3:00PM Pacific time, where you will not be charged any restocking fee.
  5. Shipping is not refundable on any order placed online or over the phone, and is at the purchaser's expense.
  6. No returns on electrical items.
  7. No refunds on used or installed parts.
  8. If upon receiving a damaged, opened, ripped torn beyond recognition box, you the customer must first REFUSE the box from the driver and claim it by calling UPS toll free at (800)-742-5877 as per the agreement from UPS terms. We (the shipper) can't call on the behalf of the customer.
  9. In the event that we have sent the wrong part you (the customer) must call and get a RA number for the incorrect part and we will provide you with a return label from UPS either by email or fax where you can then return it at no cost to and drop it off at any UPS store.
  10. If you the customer have purchased incorrect part(s): There are two methods of returning:

    1. You will need a RA number. If you wish to re-order you the customer then has to place a new purchase order online, and when we (West Coast Fiero) receive the incorrect item(s) from your original order, we will provide you with the credit for the part minus the restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable on returns, and is at the purchaser's expense.
    2. If you do not want place a new order and want to get a refund, we will refund you the cost of the product(s) and you will be responsible with the restocking fee as noted on our return policy.

  11. You the customer will be liable for the shipping from and too on the incorrect and the new purchase order. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement.
  12. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.
  13. If you are not satisfied with your order or the quality of the product, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@westcoastfiero.com or 662-822-8111.  Returns will be accepted within 10 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund ONLY ON THE PARTS ORDERED, AND without any restocking fee. All shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
  14. Shipping costs for exchange, or return (s) are not refundable & on any form of Return(s), and are at the purchaser's expense.
  15. Prices are subject to change without notice.  West Coast Fiero will not be responsible for pricing, image errors or typographical errors that occasionally occur on the website.  If you think there may be an error, please contact us at sales@westcoastfiero.com
  16. Many West Coast Fiero orders are all made custom upon an order. If you wish to cancel any West Coast Fiero order, you must call us (661-822-8111) on the same day to before 3:00pm Pacific Time to cancel and get a refund on the order without any fees. If there is a manufacturing defect or if you have received a wrong box from West Coast Fiero, please contact us so we can resolve the problem. We will then honor the return and will provide you a return label from UPS and ship you out a correct part at no cost to you.
